Studio Policies

To keep classes open for everyone, we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

Pilates On Fifth (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information you provide, such as your name, address, email, phone number and payment information, when you book a session, sign up for classes or contact us. We use it to provide and improve our services, communicate with you and process payments. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

All sessions and classes are subject to availability. Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. You agree to participate at your own risk and to inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions. Pilates On Fifth may update these terms at any time.
