Who It’s For

Duo Classical Pilates for Two, and a Third Welcome

Duo sessions (also called semi-private sessions) sit between a private session and a group class. You get more coaching and correction than in a larger class, at a lower cost per person than training one-on-one.

  • Come with a friend, partner or family member and train together
  • Share a session and split the cost
  • Get personal corrections from your instructor in a small setting
  • Stay motivated alongside people at a similar level

What to Expect

What a duo session is like

  • Two clients (and a third if you wish) working with one instructor
  • Exercises adjusted to each person’s body, level and goals
  • Personal corrections and cues for everyone in the session
  • A friendly, motivating atmosphere when you train alongside a partner
  • Book together by choosing a time with your preferred teacher

Questions

Duo session questions

How many people are in a duo session?

Two clients train together with one instructor, and a third is welcome.

Can I book with a friend?

Yes. Pick a time and book together, or call 321-312-0715 and we will help you set it up.

How is a duo session different from a private session?

In a private session the instructor works with only you. In a duo session the instructor’s attention is shared by two or three people, which lowers the cost per person.

Do I need experience?

No. Beginners are welcome, and your instructor will adjust the work for each person in the session.
